Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other sources.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing and current customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.




Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer support.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the manager.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in sales/business development is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
