Gallery Silver Scapes is a growing art gallery based in Delhi, looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Inside Sales Executive. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Director on business operations while also engaging with clients and collectors to drive sales of artwork and exhibitions.
Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, art fairs, auctions, and private viewings
Respond to client inquiries and follow up with prospective buyers
Maintain and update CRM/database with client information and sales leads
Support outreach for upcoming exhibitions and events to drive sales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, Fine Arts, Art History, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers welcome
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Professional and presentable demeanor for client-facing interactions
