Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team at our plant. The ideal candidate will assist in the transformer tank designing and tank fabrication. This role involves hands-on involvement in the designing, as well as troubleshooting and quality inspection of transformer tank and components.

Key Responsibilities:
Designing of Oil cooled Power Transformers range of Up to 50 MVA 11kV & 132kV
Making the manufacturing drawings of each part of the Transformer as per the Customer requirement.
Assist in the transformers tank fabrication.
Preparation of Fabrication Drawings Tank, Frame, Top cover, LV & HV Duct And Core Clamp etc.
Support the production process by overseeing the mechanical aspects of transformer tank.
Assist in maintaining and updating mechanical schematics, tanks diagrams, and technical documents for manufactured and repaired transformers.
Aid in the setup, calibration, and operation of mechanical equipment to evaluate the performance of transformers.




Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on transformers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
AutoCAD/2D Designing Diploma/Certificate
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing tank failures.
Knowledge of 2D design and can able to understand the diagram.
