JD for the profile of IT Hardware & Networking Engineer
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop & printer hardware issues
Resolve network & ISP-related problems
Set up Wi-Fi routers, MESH systems & access points
Manage NAS (Blackbox) via Synersoft – user access, proxy, escalation
Maintain IT asset list - including existing and current assets with serial numbers, warranty expiry dates, labelling, etc.
Coordinate with Third-Party vendors (cloud, ISP, CCTV, hardware, etc.)
Install & troubleshoot software applications
Monitor server & NAS device health
Track network & Gmail storage limits and follow up with users
Clean duplicate/unnecessary files bi-monthly with HODs
Maintain and update critical passwords securely
Keep a daily log of IT tasks and user support requests
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
