Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
Provide detailed product information, pricing, and offers.
Build robust customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle billing coordination and support the sales process.
Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display.
Follow company policies related to sales, inventory, and customer handling.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with store managers and team members for smooth operations.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.




1–3 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery industry preferred).
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in jewellery retail sales.
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
Robust customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
