Position: Store Supervisor

Zivanché is looking for asmart, well-groomed and responsible Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and monitor the store sales team.
Drive sales targets and improve store performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and premium customer experience.
Maintain store visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Manage inventory, stock movement and regular stock checks.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.
Coordinate with management regarding sales,



inventory and store requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in retail/store operations.
Experience in premium/luxury retail, watches, fashion or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid leadership and team-management abilities.
Smart, confident and well-groomed personality.
Target-oriented with strong sales and operational understanding.
Positive knowledge of inventory and store management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
