Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in the day to day operations and overall management of the retail store.
Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, queries, and complaints.
Monitor store sales, staff performance, and operational activities.
Maintain proper product displays, visual merchandising, and attractive store presentation.
Ensure accurate stock management, including receiving, checking, arranging, and replenishing merchandise.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory control and stock reconciliation.
Monitor billing and cash-handling procedures and ensure transactions are completed accurately.
Assist in managing opening and closing procedures, including store security and daily cash closing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
