We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Installation Engineer to oversee the installation of products/services at client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer handling, solid problem-solving skills, and fluency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage product/service installations at customer locations

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions

Ensure smooth and qualified customer experiences during installations

Identify and solve installation-related issues on-site

Report daily progress and issues to the operations team

Maintain installation tools and equipment properly

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Engineering background preferred





Proven experience in customer handling (installation/service background preferred)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Basic technical knowledge related to installation (training will be provided if needed)

Language Requirements:

Native or fluent in Tamil

Proficiency in English

Hindi knowledge is a solid plus

Other Requirements:

Immediate joiners will be given preference

Must be located in or willing to relocate to Chennai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
