Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse, dispatch, transportation and distribution operations across multiple locations, ensuring timely deliveries, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, loading and inventory management.
Plan and monitor transportation, deliveries and reverse logistics.
Manage transport vendors, negotiate rates and monitor SLA/OTIF performance.
Lead and manage warehouse/logistics teams of 25+ members.
Monitor FG, faulty and service inventory and ensure system reconciliation.
Prepare MIS and track key metrics around dispatch, inventory, delivery and logistics costs.




Identify process gaps and drive improvements in warehouse and logistics operations.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders for smooth operations.

Desired Profile
5–8 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse / Distribution / Supply Chain.
Experience managing multi-location, high-volume operations.
Robust exposure to transportation and vendor management.
Experience in team handling and ERP/WMS systems.
Positive Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from QSR, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce or Distribution preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
