Operations Manager – Overseas Immigration

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager – Overseas Immigration to oversee and manage the end-to-end immigration operations process. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow across departments, achieving project targets, resolving operational issues, managing escalations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of overseas immigration processes, excellent team and project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end overseas immigration process and ensure timely case completion.
Handle and coordinate multiple projects from start to finish.
Manage workflow between different departments and ensure smooth coordination.




Monitor project targets, team performance, and daily operations.
Handle client and internal issues, escalations, and resolutions.
Identify process gaps and improve operational efficiency.
Support teams in achieving monthly and project targets.
Prepare and monitor basic MIS and project reports.
Ensure proper follow-up, documentation, and timely case processing.

Requirements :
5+ years of experience in immigration/visa operations or project management.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, projects, and deadlines.
Robust coordination and escalation-handling skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
