Job Overview

We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing travel packages, converting leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Handle negotiations, pricing, and package modifications.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other vendors.
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and package offerings.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Solid customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
Experience with lead follow-ups and sales conversion.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience with a travel agency, tour operator, or travel company preferred.
