Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Supplier Management
Supplier evaluation: Research, vet, and onboard new vendors based on reliability, quality, and cost.

Purchasing & Contract Negotiation
Contract negotiation: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Order processing: Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) from creation to final delivery.
Inventory coordination: Work closely with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Financial & Risk Management
Cost reduction: Analyze market trends and compare quotes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Budget alignment: Monitor spending to ensure all purchasing activities stay within departmental budget limits.
Risk mitigation: Develop backup sourcing strategies to prevent supply chain disruptions.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.




Experience: 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
Certifications (Preferred): Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Procurement Skilled (CPP).
Technical skills: Proficiency with ERP software (like SAP or Oracle), inventory management systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Essential Skills
Negotiation: Ability to drive down costs while maintaining solid supplier relationships.
Analytical thinking: Solid capability to analyze complex data, market trends, and financial metrics.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
