Job Description
12+ years of IT/Healthcare experience with 5+ years as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
Robust hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS and US Healthcare Payer processes.
Experience across one or more FACETS modules: Claims, Membership/Enrollment, Billing, Provider, and Product Configuration.
Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, release plans, and priorities.
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Business, Technology, QA, Operations, and Agile teams to drive delivery.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities.
Support production issue prioritization and ensure alignment with healthcare processes and regulatory requirements.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.




Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Azure DevOps/Jira.
