Relevant tele-calling / telesales experience preferred
BFSI / Insurance experience will be an added advantage
Good communication skills in English + any regional language
Confident in speaking with customers and making outbound calls
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered
