We're looking for an experienced Export Executive with an engineering background to manage and grow our international sales and export operations.

What you'll do:
Handle end-to-end export documentation, logistics, and compliance
Coordinate with production/technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client and country-specific requirements
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs agents, and overseas clients
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export contracts
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Stay updated on import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade policies

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred)
Proven experience in export sales, documentation, and logistics




Robust understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Technical understanding of products to effectively liaise with overseas clients and internal engineering teams
Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Nice to have:
Experience in Contruction Industry
Knowledge of sqft, sqm, running meter, area calculations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
