About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Indian & Chinese Chef who can prepare tasty, consistent and good-quality food in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) style.

The chef will work across our brands and will mainly handle Biriyani, North Indian food, Chinese dishes and selected fusion dishes.

Main Responsibilities
Prepare food as per the planned menu and recipes.
Have robust expertise in different types of Biriyani – Chicken, Mutton, Egg, Veg and other varieties, styles Kachi Dum Biriyani,Chicken 65 Biriyani,Butter Chicken Biriyani and few other customized varities.
Prepare North Indian à la carte dishes such as Paneer, Chicken, Mutton, Dal, Kebabs, Gravies, Rice and Breads.
Have good knowledge of Indian and Chinese QSR-style cooking.
Prepare Chinese dishes such as Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Chilli Paneer and other popular items.
Have a basic understanding of Indian-Continental fusion food.
Maintain the same taste and quality in every batch.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and cooking methods.
Maintain proper food hygiene and cleanliness.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.




Help control food wastage and maintain proper food cost.
Manage and guide kitchen helpers when required.
Work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
Help develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.

Who We Are Looking For
3–5 years of cooking experience preferred.
Robust experience in Biriyani and North Indian cuisine.
Good knowledge of Chinese/QSR food.
Experience in a QSR, restaurant, cloud kitchen or food delivery business will be an advantage.
Must be able to cook in larger quantities while maintaining taste and quality.
Should be hardworking, responsible and punctual.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
Valuable knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness is required.
Most importantly, should have a passion for food and good taste.
