Job Description – Person In-Charge (PIC)

We are looking for an experienced Person In-Charge (PIC) for our pharmaceutical testing laboratory. The primary responsibility will be reviewing and checking analytical reports and ensuring the accuracy, completeness and compliance of laboratory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly check, review and verify analytical test reports before final approval and release.
Review analytical results, calculations, specifications, chromatograms and supporting raw data wherever applicable.
Act as an authorized Signing Authority for laboratory reports and related documents.
Ensure reports are accurate, complete and prepared in accordance with approved methods, SOPs and specifications.
Identify discrepancies, errors or deviations in reports and coordinate with the concerned laboratory team for necessary corrections.




Review laboratory documentation and ensure proper traceability and data integrity.
Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, GLP, NABL and regulatory requirements.
Review and handle OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA and other quality-related issues as applicable.
Coordinate with analysts and laboratory staff regarding report-related queries and corrections.
Ensure timely completion, review and release of reports.
Support internal, client and regulatory audits whenever required.
Maintain overall responsibility for the technical quality and integrity of laboratory reporting activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
