Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning setting for young children. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, creativity and foundational skills through age-appropriate activities and structured learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Facilitate learning through play, storytelling, art, music and movement
Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents
Maintain classroom discipline with a nurturing approach
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and events
Organize and participate in school activities,
celebrations and parent interactions
Ensure the well-being, safety and emotional development of every child
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed / ECCEd / Early Childhood Education preferred)
Prior experience in preschool or early years teaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, patient and energetic personality
Ability to handle young children with care and empathy
Basic classroom management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international or play-based curriculum
Good command of spoken and written English
Familiarity with activity-based and experiential learning methods
