Profile: Operations Manager - Jewellery Showroom

Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom and sales team. Ensure every customer is welcomed, attended to and guided properly. Understand customer requirements and direct them to the right jewellery segment - Gold, Diamond, Bridal, etc. Support the sales team in handling customers and help them whenever required. Ensure customers are given the right jewellery options as per their needs and budget. Take care of the complete process from customer enquiry to finalisation, billing and delivery. Coordinate customised jewellery orders and ensure timely completion and customer updates. Track pending orders, customer enquiries and follow-ups. Ensure timely payment collection and follow up for pending payments. Handle significant customers, complaints and escalations whenever required. Coordinate with billing, accounts, inventory and other teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor team performance and ensure a smooth and premium customer experience.
