Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities in the transformer manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating enquiries, coordinating with customers, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent customer opportunities through calls, visits, references and online channels.
Generate and follow up on sales enquiries and leads.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Engineering and Sales teams.
Prepare and share company/product information with potential customers.
Follow up on quotations and maintain regular communication with customers.
Arrange customer meetings and site visits when required.
Maintain customer and enquiry records.
Update daily marketing activities and lead status.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
Support preparation of marketing reports and sales updates.




Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Assist in achieving monthly marketing and sales targets.
Travel locally for customer visits and business development activities when required.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel/Word.
Ability to maintain customer and enquiry records.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Sales and other departments.
Knowledge of transformers, electrical products or industrial manufacturing will be an advantage.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma.
Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical or related qualifications are preferred.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in marketing/sales preferred. Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in B2B, industrial, electrical, transformer, fabrication or manufacturing sales.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
