Position: Dresser Trainer

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
The candidate should meet any one of the following eligibility criteria:
Post-Graduate in Surgery, Orthopaedics, Emergency Medicine, or Trauma, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, from a recognized system of modern medicine.
Medical Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience working in hospitals in dressing rooms and at least 1 year of training experience. The candidate must be registered with the relevant authority.
Ph.D. in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in hospitals in dressing rooms and at least 1 year of training experience. The candidate must be registered.
M.Sc. in Nursing with a minimum of 4 years of experience working in hospitals in dressing rooms and at least 2 years of training experience. The candidate must be registered.
B.Sc. in Nursing with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in hospitals in dressing rooms and at least 2 years of training experience. The candidate must be registered.

Key Responsibilities:




Train students in wound dressing, bandaging, and basic patient care.
Demonstrate proper dressing-room procedures and infection-control practices.
Provide practical training on dressing materials, instruments, and equipment.
Guide students in maintaining hygiene, safety, and patient comfort.
Conduct practical demonstrations and assess students' skills.
Maintain training records and classroom/practical discipline.

Required Skills: Valuable communication, practical knowledge of wound care and dressing procedures, patient-handling skills, and ability to deliver hands-on training.

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
