Purpose of Job

ScaleupAlly is looking for a Client Coordinator – EdTech to work with schools and educational stakeholders. The role involves school visits, product demonstrations, understanding requirements, and coordinating with the technical team for implementation.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline / Information Systems, or a related field.B

● 2–3 years of skilled experience in the EdTech industry.

Duties

● Visit schools and meet with school heads, principals, and coordinators.

● Conduct product/app demonstrations and explain key features and use cases.

● Understand school requirements, challenges, and feedback.

●Coordinate with the technical team to communicate client requirements.

●Support requirement discussions and ensure smooth coordination between the school and internal teams.

●Maintain records of meetings, requirements, feedback, and follow-ups.

● Provide basic product guidance or training to school staff when required.

● Follow up with schools regarding requirements,



implementation, and next steps.

Required Qualifications

● Prior experience working with or interacting with schools, educational institutions, principals, school heads, teachers, or academic/administrative teams.

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Comfortable with regular school visits and face-to-face product demonstrations.

● Ability to understand and explain software applications, platforms, and digital features to non-technical users.

● Solid coordination and follow-up skills

● Working days: 5 days a week (plus 1st & 3rd Saturdays working)
