We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive who has a positive understanding of accounting processes along with practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets and capable of maintaining accurate financial and e-commerce-related records.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer/vendor ledgers, and other accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and account statements.
Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements, as applicable.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers,



and external accountants/auditors when required.

E-Commerce Operations & Accounting
Manage and maintain financial data related to e-commerce sales.
Reconcile orders, sales, returns, cancellations, discounts, shipping charges, marketplace fees, and settlements.
Review and reconcile payment settlements received from various e-commerce platforms.
Track marketplace deductions, commissions, refunds, and other adjustments.
Coordinate with the e-commerce/operations team to resolve discrepancies in orders and payments.
Prepare regular e-commerce sales and settlement reports.
Maintain accurate records of marketplace transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.

Pay: ₹10,819.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
