Core Responsibilities
Teaching & Delivery: Deliver well-paced lessons aligned with the CBSE or equivalent curriculum for higher secondary grades. Break down complex topics like calculus, algebra, and vectors into transparent concepts.
Prepare comprehensive annual, weekly, and daily lesson plans using school templates.
Assessments: Design, administer, and grade formative and summative assessments, quizzes, and term papers. Submit formal question papers on schedule.
Student Development: Cultivate logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to help students prepare for board exams and competitive tests. Provide extra support to slow learners.
Parent Communication: Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)



and maintain proactive correspondence regarding student progress.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Post-graduation in Mathematics (M.Sc.) with a high division, paired with a recognized teaching qualification like a B.Ed.
Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of relevant senior secondary teaching experience in a recognized school setting.
Skills: Robust fluency in English, computer literacy, solid classroom management, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a faculty team.
