Dionne is looking for a proactive, customer-focused CRM & Customer Experience Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, order-related queries, and PR/influencer coordination across our customer channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and close customer conversations and tickets through Kwik Engage, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
Respond to customer queries and handle required calls, including COD and abandoned-cart follow-ups.
Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve delayed, stuck, misrouted, and other shipment-related issues.
Manage PR and influencer outreach follow-ups and maintain an updated tracker.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups, unresolved issues, and outreach activities.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, customer success, telesales, or a similar role.

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Robust communication, customer-handling, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Solid follow-up ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and following up until closure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Kwik Engage experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and take ownership.
Interest in fashion or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
