Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Telecaller to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients and attendants over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments, making follow-up calls, providing information about hospital services, and collecting patient feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls from patients.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Provide information about hospital departments and services.
Make follow-up and reminder calls.
Collect patient feedback and maintain call records.
Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi and English speaking ability preferred.
Previous telecalling or hospital experience is an advantage.
Polite, patient, and qualified attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
