Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and talented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.




Coordinate onboarding formalities for recent hires.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior recruitment experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
