We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused executive to manage Shopify orders, shipping coordination, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Manage Shopify orders, order status, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Coordinate with the packing team and courier partners.
Track delayed, undelivered, NDR, and RTO shipments.
Contact customers for delivery issues and address confirmation.
Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests.
Maintain basic reports of orders, returns, and customer complaints.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic knowledge of Shopify, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or logistics is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
