Currently we have requirement for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Sales Department at Sambalpur Location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolving customer concerns.
Customer experience at the dealership showroom and supporting in their follow-ups.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Complaint Management.
Feedback collection.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 Years experience in similar role in an automobile sector.
EDUCATION - ANY GRADUATE / BBA /MBA
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Positive communications skill,
Teamwork and leadership Skills,
Customer Orientation,
Problem-Solving Skills,
Knowledge of Company Products and Services.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
