Key Responsibilities
Manage the Operations & Monitoring/Reporting teams.
Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and proper work allocation.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and deadlines.
Maintain quality standards and ensure work accuracy is not compromised.
Review MIS, reports, and daily operational performance.
Identify gaps, errors, and delays and take corrective action.
Coordinate between teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Handle escalations and drive process improvement.
Ideal Candidate
Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team & workflow management skills with positive knowledge of MS Excel/MIS reporting.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
