We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Phagwara.

Location: Phagwara (Office Based)
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via email
Handling customer queries professionally and promptly
Liaising with the warehouse team regarding orders, deliveries and other customer issues
Following up on customer requests and ensuring timely resolution
Maintaining explicit communication between customers and internal teams

Requirements:
Positive written and spoken English
Strong communication and organisational skills
Basic computer and email skills
Customer-focused and qualified approach
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
