Recruitment, screening and onboarding
Employee records and HR documentation
Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Performance management and KPI tracking
Employee engagement and training coordination
HR policies, compliance and reporting
Supporting the management in people and organisational development
Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, Rural Management or related discipline.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
