HIRING – TELECALLER
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and communication-skilled Telecaller to join our team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
Explain courses and programme details clearly
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain regular communication with prospects
Handle customer/student queries professionally
Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Counsellor preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable Malayalam & English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work with targets
Positive attitude and qualified approach
Pay: ₹10,525.47 - ₹34,376.49 per month
Work Location: In person
