Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and bridal collections
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Follow up with customers for repeat sales and referrals
Support promotional activities and festive sales campaigns

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification:



Graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge (Billing software & MS Office preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Salary & Advantages
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
