Job Description:

Work closely with branch staff to generate insurance sales from customer leads.

Contact allocated customers, understand needs, explain suitable life insurance solutions,



and close sales in line with customer requirements.

Build robust working relationships with partner branch teams to improve lead flow, customer introductions, and business productivity.

Ensure timely login, issuance, documentation, and follow-up on pending cases while maintaining daily activity discipline and MIS updates.

Achieve monthly business targets on premium, case count, activation, and branch productivity while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Support training and awareness sessions for partner staff on product propositions, customer identification, and referral generation.

Ensure all customer interactions, need-based selling, and documentation follow regulatory and company guidelines.
