Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain inventory and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve store sales targets and business goals.
Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
Ensure excellent customer experience and complaint resolution.
Monitor inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
Prepare sales and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Experience in retail sales and store operations.
Valuable communication and customer handling abilities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
