Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers from the showroom database and generate leads.
Contact prospective customers regarding two-wheeler enquiries, offers and test rides.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in vehicles.
Explain vehicle models, features, pricing, finance options and ongoing offers.
Schedule test rides and showroom visits.
Follow up with customers until enquiry conversion or closure.
Maintain accurate customer details and call records.
Make follow-up calls to existing customers for service, renewal and other customer requirements.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide necessary information.
Coordinate with the Sales Team and update the status of leads.
Achieve daily/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills Required
Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
