The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead cross-functional workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
Experience in documenting business process workflows and functional specifications.
Ability to translate complex business needs into transparent, actionable requirements.
Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
