Supervise day-to-day construction and interior fit-out activities.
Ensure execution as per architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
Resolve in office technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Track material deliveries and site inventory.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of site execution experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
