Job Description – Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities at our Polepally, Hyderabad location. Candidates with experience in chemical manufacturing, factory operations, or industrial sites will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site and production activities.
Monitor manpower, work allocation, attendance, and discipline.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day site operations.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and other departments.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
Ensure proper implementation of safety and operational procedures.
Maintain daily site reports, records, and documentation.
Identify and report operational issues to management.




Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping at the site.
Handle workers and resolve routine site-related issues.

Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor/Supervisor.
Candidates from a Chemical Manufacturing/Industrial background will be preferred.
Valuable manpower handling and communication skills.
Ability to manage site activities independently.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and industrial operations.
Willingness to work at Polepally, Hyderabad.
