PURCHASE COORDINATOR

Location: Calcutta Leather Complex, Bantala, Kolkata
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day purchase activities and vendor follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
Track material requirements, purchase orders, deliveries and pending supplies.
Maintain purchase records, MIS and reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Coordinate with vendors regarding rates, availability, quality and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Stores, Production and Accounts departments.
Conduct field visits to client/customer areas whenever required.
Visit clients/vendors for follow-up, requirement collection, coordination and other business-related activities.
Collect and share market/client information with the management.




Maintain proper documentation and update purchase-related data regularly.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, FILTER, Pivot Table will be preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel for field/client visits.
Basic understanding of purchase, procurement and inventory processes.
Positive follow-up and problem-solving ability.

Qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
