Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a chocolate or confectionery manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Ensure products meet the required quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
Maintain quality control records and inspection reports.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices in the production area.




Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of products.
Support continuous improvement of product quality and production processes.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller or in a similar role.
Experience in a chocolate or confectionery company is preferred.
Knowledge of food quality standards, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with the production team.
