The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent across multiple technology domains

Key Responsibilities
Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Technical Roles.
Develop strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
Evaluate Resumes, Refresh Job Descriptions, and Post Open Roles.
Screen and Assess candidates for Technical skills and cultural fit.




Collaborate with Hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes.
Find and Engage Top Talent on Naukri, LinkedIn & Social Media Platforms.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends & Build a Solid Talent Pipeline.

Preferred Skills
4+ years of Technical Recruiting Experience.
Solid understanding of Technical roles and Sourcing tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals.
Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies.
