About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Ward Nursing Team. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and confident in providing quality nursing care while working closely with doctors and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and quality nursing care to admitted patients.
Monitor vital signs and patients' clinical condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing and patient documentation.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital SOPs.
Manage patient admission, transfer, discharge, and handover.
Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care and treatment instructions.
Maintain ward equipment, supplies, and emergency preparedness.
Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled standards.
