Part-Time Tally Operator / Accountant – Bangalore

SCIDECS is looking for an experienced TallyPrime Operator / Accountant for a part time, short-term assignment at our Bangalore office.

We need someone with positive hands-on experience using TallyPrime for day-to-day accounting activities.

Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain a company in TallyPrime
Create ledgers, customers, vendors and stock items
Enter sales and purchase vouchers
Enter receipts, payments, journals, contra, credit notes and debit notes
Handle GST and TDS-related entries
Work with inventory and stock transactions
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation
Check outstanding receivables and payables
Verify Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet
Enter different types of realistic business transactions for testing purposes
Work with our team to verify transactions between TallyPrime and Odoo

Requirements:
Valuable practical experience with TallyPrime
Sound knowledge of accounting
Working knowledge of GST and TDS
Experience with day-to-day accounting for an Indian business
Attention to detail and ability to identify incorrect accounting entries




Knowledge of Odoo Accounting is an advantage, but not required
