Enter and update daily production, material, inventory, purchase and dispatch data in the ERP system.
Prepare and update Production Orders, Job Cards, Material Issues, Stock Transfers and GRN entries as required.
Maintain accurate records of raw material, WIP, finished goods and consumables.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Accounts departments for data collection and ERP transactions.
Verify ERP entries against physical documents and report discrepancies to the concerned department.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly ERP reports as required by management.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to ERP transactions.
Support stock reconciliation and inventory verification.
Ensure timely closure/update of production and material transactions in ERP.
Assist in identifying and resolving basic ERP data-entry or transaction-related issues.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
