Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Client Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with potential clients, capable of generating current leads, and passionate about building relationships and creating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate current leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, market research, and other client acquisition activities.
Follow up with leads provided by the company and work towards successful conversions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of self-generated and company-provided leads.




Understand client requirements and explain suitable products or services.
Maintain consistent follow-ups until successful conversion.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Update CRM/lead tracker with call outcomes, lead sources, and next steps.
Achieve individual and team targets through effective lead generation and client acquisition.

Requirements
Freshers can apply; 1+ years of relevant experience is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
Willingness to handle high call volumes and independently generate leads.
Basic computer/CRM familiarity preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
