Job Title:- Service Head

Experience:- Relevant experience in Solar Projects preferred
Salary:- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Location:- Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall service and maintenance operations for solar and electrical projects.
Oversee installation-related service, commissioning support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service activities.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, technical issues, breakdowns, and service requests.
Coordinate with customers, service engineers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Conduct site visits to assess technical issues and monitor service quality.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar systems, electrical equipment, and installations.
Ensure service activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Supervise, guide, and manage the service and technical team.
Allocate service calls and monitor team performance and productivity.
Maintain service records, reports, customer feedback, and maintenance documentation.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of spare parts and service materials.




Monitor recurring technical issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant electrical and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance and support to the service team whenever required.

Requirements:-
Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Relevant experience in solar, electrical, renewable energy, EPC, or technical service operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of solar systems, electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Previous experience in service management, team handling, and customer support will be an advantage.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple service requirements and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
Robust focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
