Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR and personnel-related activities.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
Support recruitment and manpower planning.
Coordinate interviews, employee joining and onboarding.
Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters.
Maintain employee files and statutory/HR documentation.
Support payroll-related coordination and attendance verification.
Guide junior HR staff and help improve HR processes.
Assist management with employee discipline, performance and workplace issues.
Provide practical HR guidance based on previous industry experience.

Required Profile:




Retired HR qualified with strong practical experience in HR & administration.
Preferably 15+ years of HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Mature, responsible and capable of handling employee-related issues professionally.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial organizations will be an advantage.

Key Requirement:
We are looking for an experienced and mature retired HR qualified who can use their previous HR experience to guide the organization, handle employee-related matters and strengthen HR processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
