JOB DISCRIPTION:
Appointing Sales channel network (C&F;, Distributor & Dealer) in their area and managing their sales cycle.
Recruiting, training and coaching the team and keeping a track of their performance.
Responsible for achieving primary & secondary sales target in the area.
Strategic planning for increasing sales & width & depth of distribution.
Stock Monitoring at C&F; Level.
Keeping a track of sales & service complaints in his territory.
Collecting competition intelligence from the market and MIS DATA ANALYTICS.
Co-ordinating with the marketing department for the branding in his area.
